I spent 100.00 on a ladder I realized right away the ladder was junk I didn't feel safe using it but had no choice. By the time I was done it was to late to take it back. The receipt said 30 day return policy.it was 20 days before I had the time to spend 2 hours driving there and home. I called just to be sure they would take it back. They refused. They do not back their back their own policy.
